My Story

I spent 12 years in Active Duty Army as an Air Traffic Controller after high school and completed my term with an Honorable discharge as a Sergeant First Class. I was and have always been the "field counselor" and confidant for many of my subordinates, peers, and even leaders. After a few deployments and balancing my own military career and family, I have first-hand knowledge of the hardships both Soldiers and their family members endure throughout the years.

Upon my departure from the Active Duty life, I continued my Aviation career as a Chief for an on-post air traffic control facility, while simultaneously working on certifications and continued education on coaching people on many aspects in life that can become "hurdles" they may have difficulties overcoming.

My family consists of my husband, who is currently Active Duty Army with 20+ years in the service, my daughter Leilani, and son Kobe.  They are my life, and have taught me more about life than I thought I knew. With their support, I was able to follow my path and passion for helping others with any life obstacles they may have, as it is fulfilling knowing I can help and make a difference in someone's life for the better.
